Whats your favourite thing about working at HARDlight?

The people! Everyone is super nice and easy to get along with.

It makes working in recruitment so much easier when the team and company you are hiring for are so lovely to work with.

Everyone is always happy to give a helping hand and its very much an open door policy - everyone is always up for a chat (recruitment or my love of Arctic Monkeys)
 

What makes working at HARDlight different?

It is the type of place where you can talk openly about anything and feel like your voice is heard.

You can develop and grow within the studio and everyone is treated like a key member of the team.

Crash Bandicoot Team Racing or Ghost of Tsushima
 

Favourite moment at HARDlight?

I think it is either when Tracy randomly blasts into song and sings Superpower by Adam Lambert or the chat I had with QA in the studio about what a makes a Christmas film a Christmas film!
 

What are you most proud of?

In terms of recruitment we hired a lot in a short space of time which is always great but I think its that we have been able to keep a really nice work environment while bringing in a lot of new people!
