Receptionist/ Office Assistant

The Office Assistant will work as part of the Operations team helping to facilitate the smooth day to day running of the Studio and will report directly to the HR & Operations Coordinator. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the studio and cover a wide range of day to day operations tasks.

UI Artist

As a UI Artist you are the driving force behind all our User Interface visuals. Your talent and attention to detail will be guiding our players through the games meta with crystal clarity and beautiful 2D and 3D artwork. Work within a small team of like-minded individuals and communicate your passion for games through stunning visuals and graphic design.

Senior UI Artist

As a HARDlight Senior UI Artist, you will work closely with all Production teams to concept, prototype and produce the UI for our games as well as developing 2D and 3D assets such as icons and illustrations for use in the games interface. In an industry that thrives on its user-interfaces, candidates will be expected to create high fidelity and visually appealing game user-interfaces to deliver the best end-user experience.

Technical UI Artist

As a HARDlight Technical UI Artist, you will work closely with the UI team to prototype and implement the UI for our games within Unity’s UI toolset. You will bridge the gap between art and code and ensure the game UI is implemented efficiently and optimally on all devices. In an industry that thrives on its user-interfaces, candidates will be expected to create high fidelity and visually appealing game user-interfaces to deliver the best end-user experience.

UX Designer

You'll be responsible for ensuring product and feature designs in the studio are realised with a UX that is clearly understood and frictionless for players to engage with. You will work from initial design concepts, through the development cycle, collaborating with the design, UI and engineering teams to achieve best-in-class interaction flows and products.

Junior Software Engineer (Test and Automation)

As a Software Testing Engineer you will be instrumental in project success and driving company technology forward. You will be expected to adhere to good engineering practices and company tech standards. You will have a passion and understanding of software testing best practice to ensure our software is robust (unit testing, load testing, continuous integration).

Experienced Software Engineer (Test and Automation)

As a Software Testing Engineer you will be instrumental in project success and driving company technology forward. You will be expected to adhere to, and actively encourage, good engineering practices and company tech standards. You will have a passion and understanding of software testing best practice to ensure our software is robust (unit testing, load testing, continuous integration).

Experienced Software Engineer

As an experienced engineer you will be instrumental in project success and driving company technology forward. You will be expected to adhere to, and actively encourage, good engineering practices and company tech standards.  Above all else, passion and enthusiasm for making games are essential! You care about the games we are making and how they can be better!

Senior Engineer

 As a Senior Engineer you will be instrumental in taking game titles through development, to release and live operation.

Lead Engineer

As a lead engineer you will be essential in taking titles through development, to release and live operation. You will work as a key member of the engineering team to design and implement game systems and project features whilst ensuring collaboration among the rest of the engineering team to best conceive and maintain a high standard of technical architecture. 

Junior Data Analyst

The Junior Data Analyst will work in the analytics team on games by SEGA Europe’s mobile studio, HARDlight.  As part of the studio’s Live Operations team, you would be responsible for developing queries of game data and producing visualisations to inform and assist the whole studio on the performance of existing and in-development games, with the support and direction of the Game and Data Analyst and the Data Scientist.  You would be working closely with all parts of the studio to identify and track both Key Performance Indicators and detailed feature data in order to provide insight into what will deliver business impact and further engage our customers.

Data Analyst

Project Manager

As a HARDlight Project Manager you will work directly alongside the Game Director and development team and liaise with external points of contact inside & outside of the business in order to help deliver our projects on time and to budget.
